Visitors can leave comments in two places on my.raceresult.com: for the event on the Reviews tab, and for particpants on a Participant View that includes a comments element. Both are reviewed and deleted in my.raceresult.com > Handle Comments.

This page is separate from the Reviews tab settings, so comments left on a Participant View can still be handled if the Reviews tab has been deleted from the event. Access to the page can be granted on its own through Access Rights, for example for a community manager who does not need access to the rest of the event file.

The comments are shown in two lists:
Event Comments - comments left on the reviews tab, with the timestamp, author, subject, and text of each comment.
Comments on Participant Views - comments left for an individual participant, with the timestamp, author, participant, and text of each comment.

Each comment is automatically analyzed by an LLM and reviewed daily by Race Result. Comments are classified as allow, review, or block. Here, all comments can be reviewed manually and the automated classification can be overwritten.

Comments classified block are shown struck through in the list and are not visible on my.raceresult.com. Comments classified review or allow remain visible.
