Timing at inline skating races needs to be accurate, fast and safe. The RACE RESULT Active System delivers all three. Athletes wear lightweight transponders at the ankle. A thin, tape-down loop cable ensures safe passing even during sprint finishes. Ubidium serves as the main timing system, while Loop Boxes allow you to easily add split points along the course—perfect for lap races and marathon formats alike.

Flexible Split Timing
Loop Boxes placed along the course capture split times, store the data on the transponder or forward it live to the main system.
The athletes wear the transponder on their ankle, optionally one on each side for greater accuracy in close finish sprints.
A loop cable is taped onto the track at the start/finish line, it is safe to cross for the athletes. The cable is directly connected to the Ubidium timing system. Ubidium transmits all data in real-time via mobile networks, Wi-Fi, USB, or LAN to the timing software RACE RESULT 12. Software templates such as "Lap Race" or "Large Event" make setup particularly easy.
For split timing points, you can use the smaller Loop Box. It either stores the split times on the transponder or sends them in real-time to the main timing system (up to 500 m range)

ActivePro V3 Transponder
The most powerful active transponder on the market. With an outstanding accuracy of 0.004 seconds at speeds of up to 120 km/h, it is the ideal choice for most events. The guaranteed battery life of 5 years ensures reliable operation. Thanks to Tracking Mode and Store Mode, numerous split times can be recorded with minimal setup – unique in its class.
Loop Box (Optional)
Easy and cost-effective way to collect splits times. At nearby timing points detections are repeated wirelessly to the main system. In case of remote timing points, the ActivePro Transponder saves the passing time and then transmits them when arriving at the finish. Integrated battery for 12-20 h.
